Post Award Annual Progress Report
In order to reduce the amount of reporting required of our researchers, California Sea Grant has combined our former questionnaire and technical narrative into an annual Progress Report.
Please fill out this report at the end of each award year. The report is available at https://csgc.ucsd.edu/wpe/REPORTS/Login.php.
This online report requires a project number, PI email address and a password to log in. You should receive an email with password to the PI email address we have on file. If you have not received this email or would like a duplicate, a copy will be emailed to you upon request to sgreport@ucsd.edu.
When you have finished the online progress report, please be sure to change the project status to "Completed". That change will send notifications to your office and ours about your completed progress report.
At the end of your project, you will submit a final Progress Report (the technical narrative is no longer required). Please pay particular attention to answering the questions posed in your original hypotheses, summarizing your conclusions for a lay audience, and listing any resulting publications (including those in prep).

For your convenience in gathering needed information, you can print out a copy of the Education Report from the PDF below. However, please fill out and submit the online Education Report.
