Other contributing writers include Robert H. Bacon, South Carolina Sea Grant; Mike Liffmann, Lousiana Sea Grant; Brian K. Miller, Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant; Judy Pederson, MIT Sea Grant; Bruce DeYoung, Oregon Sea Grant; and Marion Clarke, leader emritus, Florida Sea Grant.
